• Certified Scrum Master or PMP certificate is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and project governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors projects and programs.
• Own project planning, governance, budget, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
• Manage project status reporting, RAID logs, KPIs, and steering committee updates.
• Coordinate integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP systems, and third-party applications.
