Job summary

Infosys Netherlands seeks an SAP program manager to lead end-to-end S4 Hana transformation projects across global delivery teams. You will anchor end-to-end journeys from roadmap to business case, coordinating with partners like SAP and Microsoft, and ensuring on-budget, timely delivery.

You will manage multi-location teams, drive agile-enabled delivery, and strengthen customer relationships with a focus on large-scale digitization and cost optimization. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large, multi-track SAP transformation programs.
• Proven leadership of on-site and offshore teams.
• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP S/4Hana rollout projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from key customers and build roadmaps for S4 transformations.
• Identify opportunities for digitization leveraging AI, Blockchain, IoT and other levers.
• Drive engagement with business stakeholders to ensure top customer satisfaction.
• Define rollout strategies and manage change, benefits realization and budgeting.
• Ensure profitability while delivering quality and timeliness of results.
