Job summary

GloPros in Amsterdam seeks an HRIS Lead to shape and support our global HR technology landscape. You will lead HR system initiatives, translate business needs into practical designs, and partner with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to improve employee and manager experiences across core HR processes.

This 20-hour per week role requires strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise, hands-on configuration, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6–8 years of IT and HR Systems experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors required.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience implementing HR systems and driving process improvement.
• Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS implementation projects and improvements across core modules.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
• Provide functional system support and manage escalations.
• Create and maintain reports for stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues and propose sustainable solutions.
• Prioritize HR technology support requests with a service focus.
• Maintain HRIS processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors/partners on projects and upgrades.
