Role Overvie

wWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors talent acquisition solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Candidate Experience, and Onboarding, with a solid understanding of Employee Central integrations and end-to-end HR processes

.The consultant will collaborate with HR stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding experiences

Key Responsibiliti

• esGather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholder
• s.Design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solution
• s.Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, templates, forms, and system setting
• s.Support Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Candidate Experience, and Onboarding module
• s.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HR system
• s.Work with technical teams on integrations using SAP CPI, APIs, or other middleware solution
• s.Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate defect resolutio
• n.Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring timely support and system stabilit
• y.Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration workbooks, and knowledge asset
• s.Provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and onboarding processes and employee lifecycle managemen
• t.Support system enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiative
