Job summary

Empiric is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager for a key initiative in the Netherlands, based in Amersfoort with a hybrid working setup. You will lead end-to-end delivery, govern multiple modules, and drive global template alignment with local compliance.

You will connect business, HR, IT, vendors and offshore teams, owning planning, execution, governance and stakeholder communication across EC, Onboarding, Time Off, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting and Reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a SAP SuccessFactors / HCM lead role.
• Proven client-facing experience across hybrid and offshore/onsite delivery models.
• Mandatory English fluency; Dutch language skills preferred.
• PM/PMO certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors projects and programs, managing planning, budget, RAID logs, KPIs, and steering reports.
• Oversee implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live across modules such as EC, Onboarding, Time Off, and Recruiting.
• Govern complex integrations between SF, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SAP systems, CPI, and third-party apps.
• Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and governance meetings with onsite and offshore teams.

Role: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Location: Amersfoort, Netherlands (hybrid working)

For a key initiative in the Netherlands, I am looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to drive end-to-end program delivery, governance, and stakeholder management. You will take ownership of full-lifecycle projects for a leading organisation.

The Role

In this position, you will act as the pivotal leader connecting business stakeholders, HR, IT teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams. You will own project planning, execution, and technical governance, ensuring global template alignment alongside local compliance across key SuccessFactors modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors projects and programs, owning project planning, execution, budget, RAID logs, KPIs, and steering committee reporting.


• Oversee implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities across EC, Onboarding, Time Off, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Reporting.


• Govern complex integrations between SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SAP systems, CPI, and third-party applications.


• Facilitate design reviews, requirement workshops, and executive governance meetings across both onsite and offshore teams.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in a SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Lead role.


• Proven track record in a client-handling role across hybrid and offshore/onsite delivery models.


• Mandatory English fluency; Dutch language skills are highly preferred.


• Scrum Master or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is considered a strong advantage.
