Job summary

Riverflex is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy & Transformation to lead senior client engagements and own delivery across complex transformation programmes. You will partner with C-level stakeholders to shape strategy, governance and value delivery, while mentoring teams and expanding client relationships.

The role emphasizes a delivery-first approach with a clear commercial dimension, including originating new opportunities and guiding pursuits end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years in top-tier consulting or related field focusing on IT strategy or transformation.
• Proven track record of winning new business and owning a sales target.
• Strong on enterprise IT or technology operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream engagements for large enterprises from strategy to execution.
• Manage CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and executive reporting.
• Oversee programme governance, KPI/OKR management, and change communications.
