Job summary

Riverflex, a fast-growing strategy and transformation consultancy, is hiring a Manager to drive delivery and growth in a rapid-growth environment. You will own engagements end-to-end, lead client relationships, and shape how we scale for blue-chip clients.

The role emphasizes delivering value, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding our client base while staying ahead of industry trends. English required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or related field.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their business applications.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Conducting in-depth research and analysis to develop business cases, assess digital capabilities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies that help clients put technology to work for the business.

Who you are

• Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings
• Demonstrated experience building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts
• Strong track record driving sales and achieving revenue targets
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a strong plus
• Willing to travel as needed
