Riverflex is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Transformation to lead complex transformation engagements, build trusted client relationships, and help shape the future of the business in a fast-growing environment.

You will manage end-to-end projects, mentor teams, contribute to business development, and stay ahead of industry trends to bring cutting-edge insights to clients across Europe.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or related field, with expertise in digital transformation.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings.
• Demonstrated experience building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts.
• Strong track record driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Fluent English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a strong plus.
• Willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Conducting in-depth research and analysis to develop business cases, assess digital capabilities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies that help clients put technology to work for the business.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
• Supporting business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to bring cutting-edge insights to clients and the practice.
