Riverflex is seeking an experienced Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join on an interim basis. Freelance, hybrid in the Netherlands, immediate start. You will work with top retailers, shaping technology organisation design, operating models and governance as part of a Riverflex team reporting to leadership.

You will break down strategic tech questions, run analyses, and craft executive-ready narratives for CTOs and the C-suite. Availability to start immediately is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in strategy or technology consulting at a top firm.
• Proven work on technology strategy, operating models, or transformation at senior level.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking; executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Break down strategic technology questions into problem statements, hypotheses and workplans.
• Design technology operating models including CTO office structure, governance and processes.
• Lead analysis through fact-finding, interviews and data synthesis.
• Create executive-ready storylines and materials for CTO and C-suite audiences.
• Collaborate within a Riverflex team and contribute ideas and challenge.
