Job summary

Riverflex is seeking a Senior Manager - Strategy & Transformation to lead end-to-end transformation programs and nurture key client relationships from Amsterdam. You will shape engagements, manage budgets and drive growth by identifying opportunities across accounts.

You'll oversee multi-month, multi-million euro engagements, mentor teams and craft compelling proposals, pricing and service offerings aligned with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering large transformation programs.
• Strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of €1M+ engagements with quality, scope and budget control.
• Acting as primary contact for senior stakeholders and building trust.
• Managing multiple engagements with on-time delivery and satisfaction.
• Driving sales by identifying opportunities and expanding accounts.
• Leading proposal development including strategy, scoping and pricing.
• Developing new service offerings aligned with market needs.
• Leading, mentoring and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Overseeing contract negotiations and commercial management for accounts.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
