Job summary

Riverflex is seeking a Senior Manager - Strategy & Transformation to lead end-to-end transformation programs and nurture key client relationships from Amsterdam. You will shape engagements, manage budgets and drive growth by identifying opportunities across accounts.

You'll oversee multi-month, multi-million euro engagements, mentor teams and craft compelling proposals, pricing and service offerings aligned with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering large transformation programs.
• Strong client-facing and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of €1M+ engagements with quality, scope and budget control.
• Acting as primary contact for senior stakeholders and building trust.
• Managing multiple engagements with on-time delivery and satisfaction.
• Driving sales by identifying opportunities and expanding accounts.

We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects, building strong client relationships and driving business growth. You'll play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery, expanding our client base, and shaping the future of our business.

What you’ll be working on

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of €1M+ revenue engagements, ensuring quality, scope and budget are met with minimal oversight
• Acting as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building trust and addressing client challenges proactively
• Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Driving sales efforts by identifying opportunities, expanding accounts and managing commercial activities
• Leading the preparation of high-quality proposals, including strategy, scoping and pricing, to secure new business
• Developing and refining new service offerings and methodologies aligned with industry trends and client needs
• Leading, mentoring and inspiring high-performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration and a positive work environment
• Providing coaching, feedback and performance evaluations, addressing team challenges effectively
• Overseeing contract negotiations and commercial management for client accounts, ensuring profitability and value delivery
• Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and market dynamics to bring cutting-edge insights to clients and the practice

Who you are

• 8-10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or related field, with expertise in digital transformation, AI, or data & analytics
• Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings
• Demonstrated experience building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts
• Strong track record driving sales and achieving revenue targets
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a strong plus
• Willing to travel as needed
