Your role as Strategy & Digital Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Strategy & Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in delivering large‑scale transformation projects, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. As a Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery, expanding our client base, and shaping the future of our business.

Key responsibilities:

• Engagement delivery: Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value‑driven solutions.
• Research & analysis: Conduct in‑depth research and analysis to develop business cases, assess digital capabilities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Digital transformation: Development and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement.
• Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire high‑performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
• Business development: Support business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
• Market insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to bring cutting‑edge insights to clients and the practice.

Job requirements

• 6–8 years in top‑tier consulting or a related field, with expertise in digital transformation,

• Demonstrated experience in building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
