Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering customer-facing SaaS implementations.
- Proven ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions in a SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and drive implementations of Younium for new clients.
- Run workshops and provide training to ensure customers are ready to go live.
- Deliver consultancy on integrations and optimisations of the product.
- Educate customers on best practices and collect feedback for product teams.
