Job summary

Talent.com is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, configure, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specializing in ITSM and CSM. You will customize modules and build complex workflows, ensuring best practices and ITIL alignment.

You will work with REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server, and CMDB, collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specializing in ITSM and CSM.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management.
• Develop and maintain complex workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation solutions.
• Create and maintain UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• Build secure, scalable, and reliable integrations with external systems such as CRM and ERP platforms.
• Manage ServiceNow instance upgrades, cloning activities, and platform performance optimization.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management capabilities.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow coding standards, platform best practices, ITIL processes, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other project teams to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities and contribute throughout the solution development lifecycle.
