Job summary

ITProposal in Amsterdam seeks a ServiceNow Integration Developer/Architect with 8–10 years of experience to design, build, and govern integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. You will shape CMDB, ITOM, and asset data flows across a multi-domain ServiceNow environment, and collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes API-based integrations, IntegrationHub, MID Server usage, data quality, and governance, with offshore/onshore collaboration

Qualifications

8–10 years of ServiceNow development and integration architecture.
Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event pipelines.
Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, discovery ingestion, and event management.
Hands-on with Splunk, Zabbix, Flexera, SCCM, NetBox, and monitoring assets.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end integration architecture for ServiceNow integrations via APIs, Import Sets, and IntegrationHub.
Define source-of-truth models and data quality controls for high‑integrity CMDB and ITOM data.
Design secure, scalable integrations with robust error handling, logging, and observability.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and platform owners to deliver maintainable solutions.
