Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking a Mid to Senior Level ServiceNow Developer/Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that scale with business needs.

You will build and customize applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or custom modules; troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations; and collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA/CAD are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, business rules, and integrations.
• Work across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or custom applications.
