Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a Director of North CRM Solution Consulting to lead the pre‑sales engine across the Nordics, Benelux, Sweden, and adjacent markets.

You will manage first‑line Solution Consulting managers and ICs, drive deal strategy, and ensure alignment with CRM selling peers. You will shape go‑to‑market approach, remove blockers, and push for POV‑centric selling with Forward Deployed Engineer concepts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a leadership role in Solution Consulting or comparable pre‑sales role.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple markets and time zones.
• Proven track record delivering against revenue targets (ACV/NNACV).
• Ability to scope POVs and engage in complex customer discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM NNACV targets for EMEA North with first‑line leaders.
• Forecast win rates and manage deal readiness; raise risks early.
• Lead and develop first‑line managers and ICs for fast execution.
• Coordinate with CRM sales, value, partner, and product counterparts.
