Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Director, North CRM Solution Consulting to run the pre-sales engine for CRM across the Nordics, Benelux, Sweden and adjacent markets from Amsterdam. You will lead first-line SC managers and ICs, ensuring deals move quickly and blockers are removed.

You will report to the AVP, EMEA CRM Solution Consulting and shape regional strategy, working with CRM sales, value, and product teams to align on opportunities and execution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a leadership role in Solution Consulting or comparable pre-sales or technical sales function.
• Able to scope a POV, work through architecture questions, or join a customer call without losing the thread.
• Track record of owning and delivering against ACV/NNACV or revenue-tied targets in a software/SaaS environment.
• Experience leading distributed teams across Nordics, Benelux, Sweden and adjacent markets.
• Understanding of CRM market and impact of AI/automation on it.
• Fluency with AI and automation tools to simplify work
• Experience moving a team from demo-centric to POV/POV-centric selling.
• Clear, direct communication and ability to set and enforce standards.
• Good operating judgement for escalation and decision making.
• Talent-focused leader able to recruit, develop and retain strong leaders and ICs.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM NNACV targets for EMEA North and drive double-digit ACV growth.
• Forecast win rates and deal readiness, flag risks early to leadership.
• Focus SC time on opportunities, use cases and industries with fastest CRM wins.
