Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Marketing Lead for the Netherlands to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and occupancy across a portfolio of residential locations. You will shape and execute marketing plans, manage budgets and external partners, and optimize campaigns using data and customer insights.

Qualifications

• You have a marketing or communications degree or equivalent experience.
• You speak and write English fluently; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
• You have experience managing campaigns, budgets and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing plans for Dutch brands and locations.
• Manage budgets, coordinate agencies, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
