Vanderlande seeks an experienced Team Lead HR Operations EMEA to guide the Service Desk and deliver first‑line HR services across the EMEA region. You will manage a motivated team, analyze KPIs, and drive improvements in a hybrid role with office presence in Veghel.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a solid HR operations background, plus excellent English communication. Dutch skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required in HR/Business or related field.
• Experience in an international environment and operating within a Service Delivery Model.
• HR Operations or HR Service Desk background is essential.
• Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Service Agents to deliver high‑quality support.
• Set expectations and monitor team KPIs and SLA adherence.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Manage stakeholder communications and support change initiatives.
• Report team performance and provide insights to management.
