Job summary

Vanderlande in the BeNeLux region seeks a Senior Service Account Manager to manage and develop service contracts for a selected set of customers, improving competitiveness, loyalty and profitability. You will lead knowledge transfer from implementations to service operations and coach peers in the transition from project to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a (service) operations and/or commercial environment.
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch.
• Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit in an international setting.
• Good negotiation and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within BeNeLux.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the client’s representative within the internal organization and as Vanderlande’s representative to customers.
• Responsible for customer service execution and stakeholder/escalation management.
• Implementing, managing, analysing and optimising service accounts with P&L responsibility.
• Identifying, generating and selling new opportunities.
• Ensuring customer readiness with processes and tools for high technological solutions.
• Coordinating and monitoring service suppliers for cost-effective service delivery.
