Job summary

IS-Wireless is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to open the Benelux market and win multi-year contracts for private 5G/6G network infrastructure in defense and critical industries.

You will own end-to-end deals, work with Solution Architecture and Product teams, and operate with remote Benelux coverage, with occasional travel to Poland. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and stock options, and local payroll via EOR.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales in telecom infrastructure or deep-tech.
• Closed complex, long-cycle deals (€500k-€5M+) with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with public procurement, government tenders or defense procurement.

Responsibilities

• Open the Benelux market and expand into strategic accounts across Western Europe.
• Originate and close multi-year contracts for private 5G/6G network infrastructure in defense and critical infrastructure.
• Run complex procurement cycles (RFI/RFQ/RFP, tenders) with Solution Architecture and Product teams.
• Build partnerships with prime defense contractors, system integrators and telecom companies.
• Represent IS-Wireless at defense and telecom events with C-level, military and government stakeholders.
