Job summary

IS-Wireless, a Dutch-Polish deep-tech company, is expanding across Benelux and Western Europe. The role offers end-to-end commercial ownership: open markets, win first contracts, and scale to multi-million-euro deployments with defense, government, and industrial operators.

You will lead complex, long-cycle negotiations and build partnerships with prime contractors and system integrators while representing IS-Wireless at industry events and with high-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales in telecom infrastructure, private networks or deep-tech.
• Closed complex, long-cycle deals (€500k–€5M+) with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with public procurement, government tenders or defense procurement.
• Strong understanding of cellular networks (4G/5G, private networks, cloud-native infra).
• Fluent English and strong business presence in Benelux; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open the Benelux market and expand into strategic accounts across Western Europe.
• Originate and close multi-year contracts for private 5G/6G network infra in defense and critical infrastructure.
• Run complex procurement cycles with Solution Architecture and Product teams.
• Build partnerships with prime defense contractors, system integrators and telecoms.
• Represent IS-Wireless at defense and telecom events with C-level, military and government stakeholders.
