Robin Radar is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to own quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance across advanced radar systems. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Service to develop quality plans and drive improvements, reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager.

You will lead QMS governance, testing and validation, CTQ alignment, and supplier audits to ensure product excellence and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Formación

• University degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, auditing, or quality control within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and QMS governance.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proficient with quality management systems and data analysis tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Proven project management skills and structured analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Quality planning and QMS governance: maintain QMS, SOPs, QCPs; establish component acceptance criteria.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using 8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys, and FMEA; address defects and verify actions.
• Oversee testing, validation, and data integrity for radar systems; ensure reliability before handover.
• Act as voice of customer quality in design and procurement reviews; evaluate drawings and CTQ parameters.
• Manage supplier qualification, audits, and incoming goods inspections; verify certificates.
• Develop and monitor metrics to track defects, failures, and product maturity.
