Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to own the quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of our radar systems. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Service to develop plans, prevent defects before handover, and drive corrective actions as needed.

You will lead quality planning and QMS governance, drive continuous improvement, oversee testing and validation, ensure CTQ alignment, manage supplier audits, and track defects to maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in quality management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in QA, auditing, or QC in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean and QMS governance.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proficient with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Quality planning and QMS governance across operations.
• Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys, FMEA).
• Oversee testing, validation and system integrity for radar systems.
• Provide technical review and CTQ alignment in design/procurement.
• Manage supplier audits and material acceptance testing.
• Track defects and drive process maturity with metrics.
