Job summary

Robin Radar Systems is seeking an experienced Compliance and Certification Professional to boost the radar team's regulatory capacity. You will manage ongoing and new certifications (e.g., US MAX certifications, MIL-STD testing for IRIS) and coordinate pre‑compliance activities to streamline external testing.

Responsibilities include identifying applicable requirements, liaising with labs and regulators, planning certification paths for global market access, and maintaining certificates through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Proven experience managing relationships and projects with external parties (test houses, regulators, consultants).
• Solid background in at least one major testing discipline: Environmental, Safety, or Radio.

Responsibilities

• Identify compliance requirements during project concept phase, including regulatory laws and military standards tailoring.
• Serve as primary contact with external partners (accredited labs, regulatory bodies, consultants).
• Plan and oversee certification paths for global market access (FCC, CE, etc.).
• Keep product certificates up-to-date with evolving laws and product changes.
• Draft/update test plans (STANAG, CE, FCC, NRTL) and safety assessments.
• Develop and mature internal pre-compliance test capabilities.
