Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to own quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance of our advanced radar systems. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Service to develop quality plans, prevent defects before production handover, and drive corrective actions.

You’ll lead QMS governance, perform supplier audits, oversee testing and validation, and ensure CTQ parameters are embedded early in design and procurement.

Qualifications

• University degree (BA, MSc or MBA) in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, auditing, or quality control within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and QMS governance.
• Experience in Lean strategies, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Proficient with quality management systems and data analysis for data-driven decisions.
• Proven project management skills and structured analytical thinking.
• Fluent English, basic Dutch is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Quality planning and QMS governance: maintain QMS, SOPs and QCPs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Continuous improvement and root cause analysis: lead cross-department initiatives (8D, DMAIC, 5 Whys, FMEA).
• Testing, validation and system integrity: oversee testing and data integrity for radar systems.
• Technical review and CTQ alignment: embed CTQ in design and supplier reviews.
• Supplier audits and material acceptance: manage supplier qualification and incoming inspections.
• Defect tracking and process maturity: develop metrics to measure defects and product maturity.
