Job summary

Premier Tech Systems and Automation in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end management of complex industrial projects, from planning to on-site commissioning, with a focus on delivering value to customers.

You will mentor and guide emerging project managers, coordinate internal processes for smooth collaboration, and work with teams across Europe and beyond to ensure projects meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record in delivering complex industrial projects.
• Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering & Management
• Strong customer focus with the ability to set priorities and exceed expectations
• A positive attitude and professional communication style

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of complex projects throughout the lifecycle, from planning through to on-site commissioning.
• Drive development and implementation of innovative technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal processes to ensure smooth collaboration and high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead with a high degree of autonomy and contribute to international collaboration across regions.
