Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Project Manager in the Netherlands to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on-time and within budget. You will structure programs (including global scope), manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations.

You will act as SPoC with customers and vendors, lead cross-functional teams, and present data to executives while maintaining WW technology core values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project and/or program management experience.
• 3+ years proven experience leading cross-functional teams (sales/business development/ops).
• Excellent understanding of financial processes with ability to create pro forma, track metrics and forecast trends.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Proficiency with project management software, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Single-Point-of-Contact (SPoC) for a project and ensures optimal customer satisfaction.
• Documents and manages project scope, goals, timelines, budgets and deliverables; keeps teams engaged and accountable.
• Identifies and manages risks, issues, action items, changes and decisions with mitigation plans.
• Ensures projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Develops a detailed project plan to track progress and builds cross-functional teams.
