Job description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle — from scope and budget to technical communication and delivery. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with sales, engineering, purchasing, assembly, and manufacturing teams, translating customer needs into actionable work orders. With a strong focus on planning, you’ll monitor schedules, manage capacity, and oversee implementation, primarily for data center projects across Europe.

This role is hands‑on and dynamic — you’ll split your time between strategic project leadership, client engagement, and on‑site visits to ensure successful delivery.

What You Bring

• HBO/WO degree (preferably technical, e.g. mechatronics or electrical engineering)
• 5+ years of hands‑on Project Management experience in a technical environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills — proactive and structured approach
• Affinity with (emergency) power systems is a plus
• Energetic, curious, and solution‑oriented mindset
