Job summary

Demcon high-tech systems is seeking aSenior Project Manager to lead complex mechatronic development initiatives in the Netherlands. You will steer project scope, planning and budget, while maintaining excellent client relationships and cross-functional collaboration with the Demcon development teams.

You will oversee from bid through concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality results and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• A completed technical degree in a relevant field with broad expertise.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as (technical) project lead/manager in development/product projects.
• Result-oriented with a structured, planful approach and strong stakeholder empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for content, organization and quality aspects of projects.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from bid and concept to realization at the client.
• Monitor technical progress, schedule and budget while maintaining strong client relations.
