Qualifications

About This Vacancy

As an Integral Project Manager, you are responsible for leading a project from initiation, through R&D&E, manufacturing, and delivery of a high‑end system. You translate the client specification into a clear project scope, define a project plan & budget, and execute it together with your team. Throughout the project, you are in control and keep all stakeholders informed about the progress. Clients operate in sectors such as semiconductors, complex machine building, automotive, healthcare, and aerospace.

What We Expect From You

• Education: bachelor’s or master’s in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an integral project manager in multidisciplinary complex projects (both development and manufacturing). Ideally you possess PMP, PMI, IPMA or similar certification;
• Experience with transfer of complex high‑end equipment and supplier management is a strong plus;
• Strong communication & organizational skills and confident, persuasive, proactive leadership; team building and entrepreneurial mindset;
• Good command of Dutch (and English); this position requires communication with Dutch‑speaking customers.
