Job summary

NTS Hengelo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in industrialising advanced modules for international customers, from quotation to series production. You will keep a tight grip on projects across global operations.

You will manage 5–15 FTE, coordinate between account managers, engineers, procurement, production and quality, ensuring NPI excellence and handling evolving priorities with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-tech project management or similar.
• Experience with NPI projects or industrialisation.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and management.
• Ability to navigate dynamic environments and changes.
• Decisive under pressure with technical and political awareness.
• Commitment to continuous learning and ownership.
• Knowledge of production processes; industrial validation a plus.
• IPMA C or B certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from quotation to production transfer to factories.
• Coordinate between account managers, engineers, procurement, production, and quality.
• Build project plans with risk assessment and resourcing scenarios.
• Establish and manage a multidisciplinary team (5–15 FTE) in engineering and production.
• Maintain close customer relationships and translate ambitions into deliverables.
• Ensure flawless NPI execution from proto to 0-series and readiness for production.
• Bring structure in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
