Job summary

Spacewell is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in the Netherlands to lead, manage and execute projects within the Professional Services department. You will partner with clients to ensure successful solutions and optimize business processes, while mentoring junior colleagues for growth.

Responsibilities include end-to-end implementation, strategic planning, and maintaining thorough documentation to support continuous improvement. Strong Dutch, French and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, IT, Project Management).
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management and consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Axxerion software and business process optimization methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
• Outstanding communication skillset - Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to project management.
• Lead end-to-end project implementation, from planning to execution and final delivery.
• Oversee task delegation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Translate market developments into actionable opportunities for the organization.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status updates, and functional specifications.
• Actively contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.
