Job summary

Tecwave B.V. in the Breda region is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial automation projects from preparation through final delivery, coordinating engineering, work preparation and installation to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

As the main contact for clients and internal teams, you translate requirements into a clear project approach, monitor scope, budget and progress, and guide a team of about 30 technical specialists toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation.
• Experience in industrial environments such as machine building, manufacturing or process industries.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer or Work Planner, or ready to take the next step in your career.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to maintain an overview in complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing industrial projects from preparation through final delivery.
• Translating customer requirements into a clear project approach while monitoring project scope.
• Coordinating engineering, work preparation and installation activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitoring project planning, budget, quality and overall progress.
• Maintaining close communication with clients, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Identifying technical and organizational challenges at an early stage and proactively implementing solutions.
• Leading and supporting a team of approximately 30 technical specialists.
