Job summary

i2d consulting is seeking an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support across corporate offices and enterprise environments in the Netherlands. You will diagnose issues, deploy devices, and support collaboration tools.

The role requires strong customer service, IT asset management, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, and meeting room tech. You will work onsite, liaise with AV vendors, and uphold SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in onsite/desktop support.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows devices and mobile devices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive.
• Familiar with Intune and MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of meeting room technologies and Teams Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot OS, software, and hardware issues and perform device deployments.
• Manage JML processes and asset management.
• Configure email, Teams, VPN, and mobile apps for end users.
• Support Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment.
• Maintain ITSM tickets and CMDB records; uphold SLAs.
• Collaborate with AV vendors and infrastructure teams for complex issues.
