ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Mijdrecht, Netherlands. You will deliver hands-on IT support to end users, ensuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals operate smoothly in an onsite environment.

The role requires fluent Dutch and English, 2+ years of support experience, and the ability to work daily in Mijdrecht. We offer a professional IT setting, ongoing training, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT desktop/onsite support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) understanding.
• Hardware deployment and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, TOPdesk, Jira).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line onsite IT support for end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Deploy, image, and configure Windows devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory / Entra ID).
• Log and track incidents using an ITSM/ticketing system.
• Perform hardware replacements and asset management.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA targets.
