Job summary

Us3 Ltd. is seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for enterprise end users, covering Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, mobile devices, meeting room technologies, and workplace infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams Rooms, ServiceNow, and enterprise IT support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11.
• Hardware support for desktops and laptops.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Familiar with Microsoft Intune/MDM.
• iPhone/iPad support experience.
• Teams Rooms and AV troubleshooting expertise.
