Job summary

EPAM Systems in the Netherlands in a hybrid working mode seeks a dynamic Cloud Engagement Lead to drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements. You will own bookings and revenue, shape deals, and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery to ensure sustainable growth.

You will manage executive-level relationships, guide co-sell motions, and accelerate deal closures while expanding AI, data and application modernization programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation with Microsoft cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management with revenue targets.
• Proven track record in closing complex cloud transformation deals.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, app modernization, data and AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell programs and partner engagement models.
• Ability to lead executive-level discussions and shape strategic programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in matrixed, partner-led ecosystems; willingness to travel 25–50%.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline for Microsoft cloud engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and apps.
• Build executive relationships and position EPAM as a long-term partner.
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Leverage Microsoft programs to unlock opportunities and accelerate deals.
• Shape strategic cloud transformation deals with architecture oversight.
• Lead strategic pursuits, presentations and pricing strategies.
• Align with EPAM units to ensure pipeline health and account growth.
• Contribute to GTM campaigns and solution accelerators; mentor partners.
