Job summary

EPAM Systems in the Netherlands is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engagement Lead to shape and own the Microsoft cloud transformation portfolio within a hybrid setup. You will drive bookings, revenue closure and strategic co-sell motions with Microsoft, clients and EPAM delivery teams.

In this senior role you’ll lead opportunities, manage executive relationships, and align GTM campaigns across EPAM units to deliver measurable cloud modernization outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation with Microsoft cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development or sales leadership tied to revenue targets.
• Proven track record closing complex cloud transformation deals.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and commercial structuring.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account and industry teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Leverage Microsoft programs and funding (e.g., ECIF) to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closure.
• Shape strategic cloud transformation deals, including architecture oversight and executive messaging.
• Lead strategic pursuits, presentations and pricing strategies for high-value programs.
• Align closely with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growth.
• Contribute to GTM campaigns, industry initiatives and Microsoft-aligned solution accelerators.
• Mentor client partners and teams in Microsoft co-sell best practices and partner-led selling.
