Job summary

EPAM Systems in the Netherlands is seeking aCloud Engagement Leader to drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements for energy clients in a hybrid work model. You will own bookings, shape deals, and guide executive stakeholders across Sales, Practices, Microsoft and Delivery.

The role requires deep Microsoft Azure expertise, ten-plus years in tech consulting, and a proven ability to close complex multi-stakeholder deals. Travel up to 25–50% is expected with senior leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation, with Microsoft cloud experience.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management roles tied to aggressive revenue targets.
• Proven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder cloud transformation deals with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, application modernization, data and AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft co-sell programs, incentive structures and partner engagement models.
• Ability to position solutions credibly in regulated Energy environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial negotiation skills and communication capabilities.
• Experience operating in matrixed organizations and partner-led ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50%
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and commercial structuring.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account and industry teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
• Leverage Microsoft programs and funding (e.g., ECIF) to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closure.
• Shape strategic cloud transformation deals, including architecture oversight and executive messaging.
• Lead strategic pursuits, presentations and pricing strategies for high-value programs.
• Align closely with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growth.
• Contribute to Energy GTM campaigns, Microsoft-aligned accelerators and industry-focused offerings.
• Mentor client partners and teams in Microsoft co-sell best practices and partner-led selling
