Job summary

LutechResources seeks an experienced Marine Lead Engineer to oversee the design and delivery of marine systems for large offshore production facilities. You will guide engineering teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate across disciplines, vendors, and clients.

The role demands deep technical expertise in marine electrical and mechanical systems, coupled with strong leadership and stakeholder management to drive projects from FEED through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Oil & Gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of marine regulations, standards and guidelines.
• Strong expertise in marine electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and design activities for marine and utility systems on offshore facilities.
• Manage technical deliverables, schedules, resources, and budgets within your discipline.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines, vendors, subcontractors, clients and regulators.
• Review and validate system designs, calculations, process flow documentation and technical studies.
• Support system integration, operability, maintainability, and lifecycle performance objectives.
• Drive technical decision-making and provide guidance through FEED, design, construction, and commissioning.
