Job summary

You will troubleshoot equipment, organize J&J technicians and vendors, and coordinate maintenance with the broader team to ensure smooth startup and ongoing reliability. Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with 3–7 years in pharma or regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment in a factory setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute, coordinate and oversee maintenance work.
• Lead troubleshooting tasks on equipment and utilities to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate corrective/preventive maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Liaise with clients/stakeholders on status and priorities.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and outcomes.
