Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Maintenance Engineer Troubleshooter for our new Sassenheim site. You will lead troubleshooting on equipment and utilities, coordinate technicians and vendors, and organize preventive maintenance as we start up the facility.

The role requires an engineering degree and 3–7 years of pharmaceutical/industry experience, with strong communication in English and Dutch, and proficiency in CMMS SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or post-secondary vocational (MBO-4) in Engineering/Technical subjects.
• Hands-on experience in an industrial/factory environment.
• English required; Dutch preferred for internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting tasks on equipment and utilities to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance with the maintenance team and external vendors.
• Liaise with clients/stakeholders to update on status and priorities.
• Define spare parts strategy and maintenance deliverables for projects.
• Ensure timely execution of maintenance activities and compliance with procedures.
