Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Maintenance Engineer Troubleshooter for our new Sassenheim site. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with technicians and vendors to ensure startup success.

You will coordinate with the Leiden site team and drive improvements while maintaining compliance with company processes and safety standards. English ability is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or technical subjects.
• 3–7 years in pharmaceutical or comparable industry.
• Experience with industrial equipment and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance tasks for the Sassenheim site.
• Organize technicians, vendors and peers to execute maintenance.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvements.
• Communicate status and priorities with stakeholders.
• Define spare parts strategy and ensure timely execution.
