Job summary

360Pharma is seeking an independent Maintenance Engineer Troubleshooter for its new Sassenheim site in the Netherlands. You will troubleshoot equipment and organize J&J technicians, vendors and peer engineers to ensure timely support during the initial phase.

You will also help implement preventive maintenance and drive improvements while coordinating with the Leiden site team as part of a larger maintenance network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3–7 years pharma/manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of varied industrial equipment in a factory setting.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting on equipment and utilities to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Interface with clients/stakeholders to set and manage priorities.
• Support root cause problem solving and drive maintenance improvements.
