Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years in a similar IT support role, preferably in an international environment.
Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues while supporting internal customers.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Proactively identify improvements to Service Desk processes.
