Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience in a business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and desktop operating systems.
• Proficient in Dutch and English language.
• Completed Microsoft MD-102 and MS-900 courses or exams.

Responsabilités

• Provide hardware and software helpdesk support to corporate users.
• Support and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and operating systems.
