You will boost commercial performance across our hotels and serve as Ruby’s key contact for B2B clients, including IHG Global Sales, turning conversations into long-term collaborations.

Bring a local network, hands-on energy, and experience with CRM tools and MS Office. Fluent English and Dutch are essential, and you’ll work with Ops, Marketing and Revenue to deliver

• Several years of experience in hotel sales or account management.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Strong local network and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Boost commercial performance across Ruby hotels.
• Serve as Ruby’s key contact for B2B clients (IHG Global Sales).
• Convert conversations into long-term collaborations.
• Track trends, analyse feedback, and share insights.
• Collaborate with Ops, Marketing and Revenue.
• Represent Ruby at trade fairs and networking events.
