Job summary

Ruby Hotels Amsterdam is seeking friendly, flexible hospitality colleagues who thrive in a team. You’ll be the first guest contact, assist with self-check-in, prepare cocktails and bites, and help with breakfast service.

Fluent Dutch and English, a great sense of humour, reliability and a can-do attitude are essential. We offer 35-hour weeks, staff rates, mobility allowance, and opportunities to grow with trainings and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Flexible and able to work in shifts.
• Reliable, multitasking and willing to learn.
• Empathetic and enjoy interacting with guests.
• Great sense of humour and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and assist with self-check-in.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks and snacks for service.
• Handle breakfast duties with the team.
• Support goods receiving, storage and mise-en-place.
• Share local tips with guests.
